Job summary

LOFT in Montgomery Mall, PA seeks a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling. You will keep the sales floor organized, collaborate with teammates, and deliver memorable shopping experiences that reflect LOFT’s authentic style.

You’ll use technology and POS tools to support omnichannel shopping, maintain visual standards, and contribute to store goals. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications
