Job summary

A car wash company is looking for a high-energy Membership Sales Associate in Oxnard, California. In this role, you will engage guests to promote and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships. The position offers an hourly rate of $17.00 – $20.00 plus uncapped commission based on sales performance. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with wash selections and achieving sales goals while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

$17.00 – $20.00/hour Base + Uncapped Commission. Top performers earn significantly more through commission. $500 – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.

What You Will Do
