A leading car wash company in Los Angeles is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to join their team. You will engage with customers and encourage them to enroll in Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor work environment. Compensation includes hourly pay starting at $17.81 plus uncapped commission and a sign-on bonus after 90 days. Opportunities for growth within the company are also available.

Membership Sales Associate (Hourly + Commission)

$17.81 – $20.00/hour Base + Uncapped Commission.

Top performers earn significantly more through commission.
