Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Danbury, CT is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as intro/guest relations specialists. You will greet guests with energy, present the Orangetheory concept, conduct studio tours, and guide newcomers through their first workout alongside trainers.

Ideal candidates are positive, communicative, and team-oriented, with a passion for fitness and helping others. Training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with energy and knowledge.

• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.
