Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to welcome guests, present the OTF concept, and guide them through their first workout with trainers. You will help grow memberships while supporting a friendly, collaborative studio team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
• Ability to engage with customers and present fitness concepts clearly.
• Motivation to help clients start or maintain their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested customers (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through their first workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth and retention.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into sign-ups.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to attract new clients.
• Ensure studio areas are clean, organized and welcoming.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
