Job summary

KnitWell Group’s White House Black Market brand in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and deliver a hospitality-driven, personalized service. You will work with a team to create a seamless omnichannel experience and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

This temporary/part-time role requires flexible availability—including nights and weekends—and a proactive, ownership-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand, fashion and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in some states or 18 in others.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
