Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking Front Desk Associates to join our team. We offer paid training, flexible shifts (3–4 per week part-time or 5 shifts per week full-time), and a welcoming, goal-driven work environment with opportunities for growth.

Your duties include welcoming guests, educating them on our programs and promotions, and helping maintain smooth center operations. Nights and weekends availability is a must, with a schedule that supports collaboration and growth within a multi-unit

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk.
• Educate guests on EWC programs, offers, and promotions.
• Manage center flow and scheduling with a positive, professional attitude.

Front Desk Associate Compensation

• Competitive Hourly starting at $13/ hour plus Commission and Bonus

European Wax Center is a full body waxing center that specializes in only waxing. We pride ourselves in not only providing a high-quality service and clean / sanitary environment for our associates and guests but also a service that you can receive in 15 minutes.
We offer a full training process that will allow even a beginner Wax Associate the ability to learn the services and technique and be ready to service paying guests within 6 days. We look for our Front Desk Associates to have passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence that will help take our center to new heights.
