Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a flexible Sales Associate in Wilmington, NC. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to create a memorable shopping experience.

The role supports merchandising, stockroom tasks, and store presentation with a team that values hospitality and empowerment. Candidates should be 16+ (state-dependent) or 18+ otherwise, and be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
