Position: SALES ASSOCIATE/MATERIAL HANDLER

As a valued team member, your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers and donors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
2. Stocking and merchandising items on the sales floor.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas.
4. Following POS/Cash Register policies per TSA procedures.
5. Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
6. Attending monthly store meetings.
7. Receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory accurately.
8. Inspecting products for defects or damages.
9. Assisting donors with removal of donations and issuing receipts.
10. Sorting and stacking donated materials properly.
11. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately
• Must pass background check (including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry)
• Effective communication skills

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule

Our stores operate daily from 9am to 8pm. Schedules are flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure adequate coverage.
