Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register

• Effective communication skills with management, employees, customers, and donors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet all Customers and Donors, providing prompt, courteous assistance to meet their needs
2. Stock priced items for sale according to Salvation Army Standards
3. Sort donations for processing as per Salvation Army Standards
4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including cleaning windows, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, fitting rooms, stockroom, and donation areas
5. Follow POS/Cash Register policies and procedures
6. Maintain safety standards and report hazards
7. Adhere to HR policies and procedures
8. Attend monthly store meetings
9. Follow dress code policies
10. Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
11. Unload, stock, and accurately process incoming inventory
12. Inspect products for defects and damages
13. Maintain donation trailer/pod area
14. Assist donors with donations and provide receipts
15. Sort and stack donated materials properly
16. Perform additional duties as assigned by management
