Responsibilities
  • Ensure all Customers and Donors needs are met by greeting and providing prompt, courteous assistance.
  • Stock priced items for the sales floor.
  • Maintain store and donation area cleanliness and organization, perform cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Follow POS/Cash Register Policies in accordance with TSA Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards.
  • Attend required Monthly Store Meetings.
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages for Quality Assurance.
  • Assist donors with removal of donated items and provide receipts.
  • Sort and stack donated materials properly as instructed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately.
  • Pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
  • Effective communication with management, staff, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive motion tasks.
  • Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Work schedules are flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by Management.
