Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and donors, providing prompt assistance
• Stocking and merchandising items
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas
• Following POS/Cash Register policies
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards
• Attending monthly store meetings
• Receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory accurately
• Inspecting products for defects
• Assisting donors with donations and providing receipts
• Sorting and stacking donated materials
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately
• Pass background check (including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry)
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive motion tasks
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule: Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are determined by management.
