Together, we serve and impact our community through the commitment to “Do The Most Good” at our Lake Forest Store, supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Program. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and donors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance to meet their needs
• Stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas, including performing cleaning duties as assigned
• Follow POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA procedures
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Attend monthly store meetings
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately
• Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality
• Assist donors with removing items from vehicles and issuing receipts
• Sort and stack donations properly as instructed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately
• Must pass background checks including criminal and sex offender registry
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as carts, racks, and furniture
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

PAY RATE:

$16.50 per hour

SCHEDULE:

• Stores operate 7 days a week; schedules are determined by management
• Part-time shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
