The Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades works directly with our existing service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities and deliver a seamless, personalized buying experience. This role is designed for a self-sufficient sales professional who wants more control, better work-life balance, and access to warm, qualified opportunities—no cold calling required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven success in automotive sales (1+ year preferred)
• Strong understanding of deal structure, lender expectations, and customer needs
• Ability to work independently with confidence and accountability
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to continuously improve
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Must have a valid driver’s license
