Position Overview

The Sales Associate upholds the highest standards in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. This role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and attracting new clients.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, taking measurements, and ensuring optimal fit and vision correction.
• Participate actively in maintaining a positive store environment, including store displays and inventory management.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Comfort with new technology and high accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a changing environment
