Position: Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store; keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators; basic phone and math skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for results; goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a quickly changing environment

LensCrafters is part of Luxottica. Luxottica is a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear. Pay range: $16.50 - $21.94 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, supplementing a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
