GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
4. Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
5. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
6. Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean and organized.
7. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
4. Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills and goal-oriented
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
