Job Role

The Sales Associate ensures every customer has an excellent experience, helping establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs in your community.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales goals through cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist customers in selecting frames, measuring, and consulting with Opticians.
4. Maintain a positive store environment and keep displays organized.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
3. Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
4. Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change
5. Strong communication skills
6. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
