Responsibilities

• Deliver sales objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and taking measurements with optical tools, consulting with Opticians as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and ensure displays and inventory are attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
