GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and taking optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and adapt quickly

Pay Range: $15.34 - $20.98. Compensation includes potential bonuses and benefits such as health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
