Role Overview

The Sales Associate upholds the highest standards in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every customer has an excellent experience. This role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and attracting new ones.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist customers in selecting frames and taking optical measurements.
4. Conduct measurements with optical tools and collaborate with Opticians.
5. Maintain a positive store environment, keeping displays and inventory organized.
6. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and basic math skills
4. Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change
5. Strong communication skills
6. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Additional Information

Pay Range: $15.34 - $20.98 per hour. Compensation includes potential bonuses and benefits such as health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.
