Role Overview

The Sales Associate ensures high-quality eye care and eyewear services, establishing LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales goals by cultivating and expanding customer relationships.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist customers in selecting frames and measuring optical parameters.
4. Conduct optical measurements and collaborate with Opticians.
5. Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff and customers.
6. Ensure store displays and inventory are attractive and organized.
7. Promote an inclusive culture through respectful interactions.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
4. Comfort with new technology and high accuracy
5. Strong sales and communication skills
6. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
