Job Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations to provide an exceptional experience.
• Work with team members and support management to complete store tasks related to customer service, merchandising, food preparation, cleaning, cash register duties, and other tasks.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register following company standards, including cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Perform daily store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, food service, cooler merchandising, vendor check-ins, and cleaning with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate daily issues or challenges to management.
• Ensure safety and operational policies are followed.
• Support management in ongoing tasks and assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the store.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Prior cashier experience preferred.
