Whbm at the KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for our Leesburg Premium Outlet location. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a team-oriented, hospitality-driven environment.

Role emphasizes omnichannel experience, loyalty program education, and merchandising support. Flexible availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 16+ in VA; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You'll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
