Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new business while managing and growing your client portfolio through the value of AcreValue and Land.com products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sell New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Account Management: Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients.
  3. End-to-End Sales Process: Leverage your expertise through the full sales cycle.
  4. Building Relationships: Conduct in-person and video meetings.
  5. Brand Ambassador: Represent AcreValue and Land.com at industry events.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College required.
  2. 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience required.
  3. Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
  4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  5. Strong cold-calling skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
  2. Familiarity with professionals in land-related industries.
  3. Strong consultative selling skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
