Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and educate on care.

The role involves maintaining records, handling calls, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements include 1+ year in retail or customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and a high school

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements.
