Responsibilities

Express is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team.

The Part-Time Sales Associate Keyholder provides excellent in-store shopping experiences and handles opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating security systems.
• Process overrides at checkout as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety for all staff and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize customer wait times.
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 6 months preferred.
• Proficient with technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Critical Skills & Attributes

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
