Responsibilities

• Support sales objectives by providing clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting sales logistics.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room, ensuring proper equipment use and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and accounts within a designated territory.
• Support hospital billing, handle customer requests, and prepare sales reports.
• Manage equipment and promotional materials, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by demonstrating the value of DePuy Synthes products and solutions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2 years of related experience, or
• 4+ years of professional/related experience, or
• Recent military transition experience.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends and overnight stays.
• Residency or willingness to relocate to the territory.
• Strong communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures is preferred.
