Signet Jewelers is hiring a Key Sales Associate for Banter by Piercing Pagoda. You will engage customers, understand their needs, present merchandise, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
