Signet Jewelers Limited, owner of Banter by Piercing Pagoda, seeks a dynamic Key Sales Associate to engage customers, present jewelry selections, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with the team to meet individual and store goals, receive extensive training, and benefit from a base pay plus commission, along with medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), paid vacation, and other rewards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with sales team to deliver superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
