Your role at Zales:

As a sales team member, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. Your duties include:

• Engaging customers to understand their needs and desires
• Presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information about product features and benefits
• Providing information about extended service plans and financing options
• Meeting individual and team sales goals
