• Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring SEASONAL, PART-TIME, and FULL-TIME team members! We also have a NEW Concierge position for the holiday season. Seasonal sales support roles focus on delivering excellent customer service, operational standards, and compliance. Support the creation of a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic, line queues, and store administration to ensure efficiency, safety, and security.

As a Sales Team member, you will:

• Engage customers to understand their needs and desires
• Present merchandise and explain product features and benefits
• Provide information on extended service plans and financing options
• Meet individual and team sales goals

Ideal candidate:

• Has a desire to help customers celebrate special moments
• Possesses strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
• Has flexible availability for peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Delivers a positive, customer-focused experience
• Has strong communication and relationship skills
