Kay Jewelers is hiring SEASONAL, PART-TIME, and FULL-TIME team members. We also invite applications for our NEW Concierge position for the holiday season, which involves seasonal sales support, excellent customer service, operational standards, and compliance, with a focus on creating a Customer First culture.

Your Role at Kay Jewelers

As a Sales Team member, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience. Your duties include:

  1. Engaging customers to understand their needs and desires.
  2. Presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits.
  3. Providing information on extended service plans and financing options.
  4. Meeting individual and team sales goals.
Ideal Candidate

  • Have a desire to help customers celebrate life's special moments,
  • Possess strong customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry experience,
  • Have flexible availability for peak retail hours,
