Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a dedicated brand ambassador to join their Coach team in Durham, North Carolina. You will be responsible for building client relationships and driving sales through tailored recommendations and personalized styling.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English language proficiency, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
