AutoNation is seeking a Sales Associate in Austin, TX to guide customers through their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You will help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms, and close deals while delivering exceptional service and driving repeat business.

You will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and smoothly transition them to service, with a base or hourly pay plus commissions based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
