Stretch Zone is seeking a Sales Associate to help members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience required—bring enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others, with comprehensive training and clear advancement opportunities.

You will greet members, answer questions, schedule appointments, and meet sales goals while delivering a positive, high-quality member experience in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or related background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and sharpening sales skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns.
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience.
