Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking friendly team members to welcome customers and assist with projects. Training is provided, and prior hardware experience is a plus but not required. You will be part of a local store focused on community and helping neighbors.

Our environment is fast-paced and high-energy, with two weeks' scheduling ahead to support work-life balance. You’ll be on your feet most of the shift and will lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Hardware knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with their project needs.
• Help customers find items and complete purchases.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
