Job summary

Ace Hardware is looking for friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. No prior hardware experience is required, as extensive training is provided. You’ll help neighbors with their projects in a fast-paced, community-focused environment, lifting up to 30 lbs and standing most of your shift.

Qualifications

• No extensive prior hardware knowledge required; extensive training provided.
• Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding items for their projects.
• Help customers in a fast-paced, friendly hardware store environment.
• Stand for 6–8 hours per shift and lift 25–30 lbs as needed.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
