Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, organized store presentation. You will help customers with product questions and provide friendly, proactive service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working with a team to keep shelves stocked and prices current; forklift experience may be required with proper training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs and climbing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly and courteously.
• Forward customer complaints to management when needed.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Assist customers with personalized service to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment.
• Help with receiving, stocking, pricing, and stockroom organization.
• Keep signage current and assist with price changes and special orders.
