Job summary

Midway Oil is seeking a Sales Associate with a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service. Join our team and grow through our internal training programs while delivering friendly, helpful assistance to shoppers.

Duties include helping customers select products, upselling to meet targets, processing transactions on our POS, maintaining a clean store, and supporting inventory. Flexible hours with full-time, part-time or seasonal options.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Team player with the ability to have fun.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, understand, and write English (8th-grade level).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
