Job summary

Midway Oil is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, and help keep a clean, well-stocked store.

You will upsell to help meet sales targets and train teammates to stay informed. The role includes processing POS transactions, handling complaints, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Hours are flexible; weekends/holidays may be required, with 20–40 hours weekly.

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eight-grade level.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed.
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
