Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Process transactions at the point of sale
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and maintaining a safe, clean store
