Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate in the El Cajon area to support daily store operations with a strong emphasis on customer service and cash handling. You will learn to operate the POS, maintain lighting and fixtures, and safeguard inventory in a customer-focused, profitable environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ability to work weekends/holidays, and flexible shifts with physical stamina to stand for long periods. Full-time staff may access medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Assist in store maintenance, lighting/fixtures cleaning, and inventory security.
• Report to the Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
