Perry Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Associate in Texas to guide buyers through the homebuying journey and gain hands-on experience in new home sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from initial interaction through closing with the Sales Professional.
• Lead prospective buyers through tours of communities, homes, and features.
• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities.
• Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects; support marketing and lead generation.
• Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to maintain presentation quality.

What You’ll Do

• Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey

• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre‑construction, loan, and closing activities
• Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts
• Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge
