Chico’s Gastonia store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience in a friendly, fashion-forward environment. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help create seamless omnichannel shopping experiences while upholding brand standards.

You’ll contribute to store performance, assist with merchandising and inventory, and partner with teammates to ensure outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Age requirements vary by state; minimum age up to 18 in most states, 16 in some.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of merchandising and inventory replenishment is helpful.
