Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized, friendly shopping experience in our Rock Hill, SC store. You will build authentic connections, share product knowledge, and participate in omnichannel activities to assist guests across channels.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining store standards and supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.
