Job summary

Ziker Cleaners in South Bend is hiring a part-time Sales Associate & Garment Care Associate to greet customers, process orders, and help with wash, dry, and fold services.

You'll stay active, connect with customers, and be part of a friendly team. Prior customer service or retail experience helps, but training is provided. This role is based in South Bend with some flexibility for additional hours at other local locations.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales is preferred.

Looking for a Sales Associate & Garment Care Associate (Part-Time) job where you can stay active, connect with customers, and be part of a great team? Ziker Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in South Bend!

As a Customer Service & Garment Care Associate, you'll be the friendly face our customers see when they visit Ziker. From helping customers with their garments to processing orders and assisting with wash, dry, and fold services, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule & Availability

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: Between 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Schedules may vary based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customers, can multitask in a busy environment, pays attention to details, and enjoys being part of a team. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales is preferred.

While you'll have a primary store location in South Bend, there may be opportunities to pick up additional hours or work at other Ziker locations throughout South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger.
