Job summary

COS is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to welcome customers and embody the brand’s heart. You’ll provide genuine assistance, guide shoppers through their journey, and help create delightful experiences on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting at checkout and fitting rooms, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments with care and enthusiasm. Prior experience is nice but not mandatory.

Qualifications

As a Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high level service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments in the shop floor.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
