Job summary

Gearhead Outfitters in Rogers, AR is seeking a Guest Experience Rockstar to greet guests, assist on the sales floor, and share product knowledge. Full-time and part-time roles available. You’ll keep the store clean, handle busy registers, and contribute to a energetic team environment. Training provided; growth opportunities and employee discounts offered.

Candidates should be positive, reliable, and eager to learn. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
• Must be willing and able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.

• Greet every guest with a smile and genuine excitement.
• Stay on top of the action—assist guests, watch the floor, and never let anyone wait at the register.
