Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member in Ballwin, MO. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging customers, advising on products, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

You may handle merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties, including curbside and delivery support when assigned. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), 1–3 years retail experience (1+ in-store), and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

About the roleAll Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front end or other responsibilities as needed.
